All of them will be equally dangerous. You can’t assume any population will be 100% educated on maintaining perfect allergy safety.
Because the price of failure is death: Buy your own unprepared food, fresh at local markets, and prepare it yourself. Don’t trust others to prepare safely.
That way, you can choose islands for other reasons.
You should consider renting a vacation studio apartment with its own kitchen.
my daughter has a peanut/tree nut allergy. we had a tough time with it in austria. i would just choose somewhere where you speak the language fluently, so that you can discuss it every time you go to eat and there are no miscommunications. hawaii, maybe? i know peanut allergies are very common in the u.s. and there would be no language barrier.
